Here he is on the grill for an end of summer BBQ.
At the farmers market picking the best seasonal produce
for a clients dinner party.
For the month of October he is the private chef for the
British Ambassador, his family and guests,
one of which was Prince Charles.

Whether for a small family or large group go to

Although Paolo misses having his own restaurant – he has found –
Life after incognito bistro.

First he slept – a lot!
Then he spent time at the beach.
He allowed other people to cook for him!
And spends random nights out dining.

Now he is offering his superb skills as a chef to NYC

Goodbye from incognito

To our beloved incognito followers, we have been open for 5 years now.
It has been a pleasure having you all come through our door.

This is not goodbye just arrivederci or as we say in Scotland ‘Ciao the now ‘

We brought Michael Lemetti’s creation Clan Italia, the first and only Italian Tartan, to the USA and
marched in NYC Tartan Day Parade.

Our famous Burns Night
Will and Kate came on a rainy day in Dec – was the best day of the year
Paolo opened up about his broken childhood
The art work on the walls and columns was done by Scottish artist Patricia Moretti – the great great niece of famous artist Albert Moore.

NYC Tartan Week

It is NYC Tartan Week, we are celebrating with Scottish Cocktails and Specials.
There are many events going on around the city. If all you do this week is have a Scotch at the first and only Scottish-Italian restaurant in NYC, its a great start.
The Tartan Day Parade is this Saturday 9th April the Grand Marshal this year is, Outlander actor, Sam Heughan who will be joining us for dinner after.
