In celebration of the first Italian Tartan to hit the USA (Clan Italia)
Paolo has combined the favored Pizza and Pasta with the suspicious Haggis.

The ingredient of the Haggis is not so scary, simply – lamb, oats, barley & seasoning.
In Scotland it is tradition to serve Haggis with Neeps ( turnips) and Tatties ( potatoes)
